General mind and body strategies don’t teach you how to feel safe in your body and your mind when dealing with the unknown.

That’s why I STRONGLY believe that anyone dealing with health anxiety must learn to rewire their neural pathways using tools that create a sense of SAFETY—both through their breath and their thoughts. Only then can they truly experience mental freedom, inner peace and permanent healing.
