Learn how to get out of a spiral or a worst case scenario, catching thoughts before they turn into overthinking, how to reframe negative thoughts, how to take control of your mind and how to feel safe when dealing with the unknown.

General mind and body strategies don’t teach you how to feel safe in your body and your mind when dealing with the unknown.

That’s why I STRONGLY believe that anyone dealing with health anxiety must learn to rewire their neural pathways using tools that create a sense of SAFETY—both through their breath and their thoughts. Only then can they truly experience mental freedom and inner peace.
