I’m your go to girl when it comes to taking back control of your mind after dealing with health anxiety for months or years!

I’ve been on this healing journey since 2019 and have fully overcome health anxiety (my god sometimes I can’t even believe that that is true and yes, that is totally possible) yaaay 🎉

When I first started dealing with health anxiety in 2013 I used to spend my days stuck in my head creating all these scenarios of how I’m going to end up in the hospital and probably die. I’d spend my nights having regular panic attacks, that I had no idea what they were at the time, feeling so unsafe.

After 7 years I noticed how my thoughts and fears were getting worse and worse and how the reassurance that I used to get from my family or drs was no longer fulfilling my needs, always leaving me feeling like a burden to them.

When I hit rock bottom in 2019, I said “I need to get back to ME. I need to control my mind and find freedom from this mental prison”

It was soul crushing but the Universe works in mysterious ways and put in front of me books, podcasts and mentors from whom I started to slowly learn how to change my mind and reframe my thoughts.

This gave me the confidence to join Tony Robbins in his coaching program and get certified as a Life Coach. At the time I was only doing it to help with my health anxiety, I never thought that I’d give back to other people by being a coach.

I started learning about neuroscience and the plasticity of our brain, about these types of therapy like Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing Therapy.

Then I noticed massive shifts in the symptoms I was dealing with and in how I used the mind tools that I had.

I proved to myself that we CAN change brain patterns no matter how addictive they are and how sticky they are, our brain is so powerful that with practice we can be in control of our mind.
Since then, when I deal with a health scare, I know how to feel safe through that time, I can spend quality time with my loved ones, I can occupy my mind with what actually fulfills my soul and I can confidently and proudly say that I am FREE from my mental prison.
